What are credits?
Credits are consumed each time you interact with the AI. Simple questions use fewer credits; complex itinerary builds use more. Credits reset daily (free) or monthly (paid tiers).
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What's the difference between Experienced and Expert?
Experienced gives you the framework and structured recommendations — you do the booking. Expert adds live flight search, direct booking, and points/miles optimization so the AI does more of the heavy lifting.
How does Teams billing work?
Teams are billed per seat per month. The minimum is 5 seats. Each additional 5 seats increases the per-seat price by $10. All seats share the same Expert-tier features plus admin controls.
